About Liz

Liz Brazier was trained by Power Pilates in NYC in 2020 and is currently Mat III/Advanced Mat and Reformer II certified. She teaches Open Mat (since 2021!) and Reformer (since 2023!) at the Flatiron Power Pilates location.
An avid lover of fitness she first took a class at Power Pilates over 20 years ago when it was located on 23rd street. From 2008 to 2015 Liz was Athletics and Fitness Association of American (AFAA) certified and for several years taught intenSati, a group fitness mind, body and soul class, in New Jersey.
Liz studied to be a Holistic Health Practitioner in 2013 and knows how important health is to your physical and mental health.
During the day Liz is a Regional Sales Manager at an I.T. company and often engages Pilates as she sits in front of her computer and multiple video calls! Aside from fitness, health and her career Liz loves to travel and each year you will find her planning a trip back to her home country of New Zealand.
